Privacy policy
This explains what we hold about you, why we have it, and who else sees it. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email, phone and password (stored hashed).
- Order details — what you bought, for which event, and the total.
- Ticket details — attendee name and email, and whether a ticket was scanned.
- Technical data — the browser you signed in with, to secure your session.
Card numbers never touch our servers. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider.
Why we use it
To issue and deliver your tickets, to let organizers run the door, to answer support questions, and to keep the platform secure.
Who sees it
When you buy a ticket, the organizer of that event sees your name, email, phone and order details so they can run the event and contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account exists, and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can update your details under account settings, and ask us to delete your account by contacting us. Some order records must be kept for accounting even after an account is closed.
Cookies and local storage
We store your sign-in token and a small amount of browsing state in your browser. It is needed for the site to work and is not used for advertising.
