Cookie policy
The short version: this site sets no cookies at all. Not for advertising, not for analytics, not for anything. There is no tracker on any page and nothing here is shared with another company.
What the site does use is browser storage, which is the modern equivalent for the handful of things a website has to remember to work: that you are signed in, and what is in your basket. It stays on your own device, it is never sent to anybody else, and you can wipe it in two clicks.
Everything we store, and why
This is the complete list.
| What | Why it exists | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in token | Keeps you signed in, so you are not asked for your password on every page. | Until you sign out or clear your browser. |
| Your account summary | Your name and email, so the page can greet you and show the right menu before it has finished talking to the server. | Until you sign out or clear your browser. |
| This notice | Remembers that you have dismissed the banner, so it does not reappear on every page. | Until you clear your browser. |
| Your basket | The seats and tickets you have chosen, so a refresh or a trip to another page does not lose them. | Until you close the tab. |
| Where you were going | If you are asked to sign in part way through something, this is what sends you back to it afterwards. | Until you close the tab. |
| A copy of the site settings and menus | Saves fetching the same header, footer and category list on every single page. This is purely about speed. | Until you close the tab. |
| Your last order reference | Lets the confirmation page show your tickets straight after you pay, without making you look the order up. | Until you close the tab. |
Items that last “until you close the tab” are gone the moment you do, including from a private window.
What we do not do
- No advertising or tracking. Nothing here follows you to another site, and no advertising network is given a way in.
- No analytics or behaviour profiling. We do not build a picture of what you looked at.
- Nothing sold or shared. What is stored on your device stays on your device. It is not sent anywhere, including to us.
- No third-party embeds that watch you. Card details are handled by the payment provider on their own pages, under their own policy.
Clearing it
Every browser can clear a site’s stored data, usually under Settings → Privacy. Signing out clears the sign-in parts on its own.
Clearing it signs you out and empties your basket. Nothing else is lost: your orders and your tickets live on your account on the server, and come straight back when you sign in again. Tickets you have already been emailed are unaffected either way.
