1. Who we are

EvntNepal is a ticketing platform. Organizers list events and sell tickets; attendees buy them. We provide the software and process the transaction.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Buying tickets

A ticket is a licence to attend an event, granted by the organizer, not by us. Each ticket admits one person once. Reselling above face value may void a ticket.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Each organizer sets their own refund policy and it is shown on the event page. If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for refunding ticket holders. Service fees may be non-refundable.

5. Organizer obligations

If you list an event you confirm you have the right to run it, that your description is accurate, and that you will honour valid tickets. You are responsible for licences, permits, safety and taxes.

6. Fees

Service fees are shown at checkout and described on our pricing page. Payment providers charge their own fees on top.

7. Content

Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove listings and cancel events that do.

8. Liability

We are not the organizer and we do not run the events listed here. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the order in question.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
